In today’s age, we keep getting bombarded with tips and tricks, motivational quotes, guidebooks, etc. on how to be a good leader, how to build a happy and inclusive work culture, how to be customer-centric, how to balance our work and life, how to build agile processes, how to be fearless and speak up. However, there is always another side to being an ideal leader in a happy workplace with a perfect work-life balance running a world-class organization. Over the coming months, please watch this space for snippets, articles, podcasts, etc. on my personal experience with this other side over the past couple of decades.
